i started this blog last year (what is it about october that makes me want to blog?) and during my hiatus so much has changed! the biggest and most exciting thing? (and thing that i had to stop writing this post to take care of for thirty minutes)
introducing amy ren. born june 27, 2013. 9 lbs 3 oz. 21 inches long.
of course, she's a little older today and looks more like this:
she is our little love and i cant wait to share her cute little moments with you!
in other news- i am working on building base of art and visual journal related items to begin selling on an etsy shop i hope to open soon. i am currently working on a collection based on the seasons. here's a peak:

my husband and i have also been focusing a lot more on health and what we put in our bodies. i will be blogging more about our journey as we learn what works for us. if you have any tips or tricks please share!
